​As an Assistant GM, Steven leads aspects of roster strategy, talent acquisition, and personnel operations for one of the nation's premier college football programs. He oversees a team of more than 30 staff members, manages multi-million-dollar roster and NIL planning initiatives, and drives data-informed recruiting and competitive analysis to support sustained success at the highest level of college football.

​As Director of Pro Personnel for the New York Giants, Steven led the club's professional scouting operations, overseeing staff, processes, and evaluation strategy. He directed advance scouting efforts, completed nearly 1,000 player evaluations in a single season, and developed efficient scouting frameworks while fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment across the organization.

​As a Pro Scout with the Houston Texans, Steven supported personnel and coaching leadership through comprehensive NFL and college player evaluations. He led advance scouting efforts, conducted more than 1,000 player assessments annually, and provided strategic recommendations on free agents and NFL Draft prospects to inform roster-building decisions.
MINNESOTA VIKINGS
BLESTO Scout, Pro Scout, College Scout
​During eight seasons with the Minnesota Vikings, Steven advanced through the organization from scouting intern to college and pro scout, gaining experience across player development, NFL and college scouting, advance scouting, and personnel operations. He evaluated talent across multiple regions of the country, built extensive relationships with collegiate programs and coaches, and regularly presented player assessments and strategic recommendations to senior football leadership. His work supported NFL Draft preparation, free agency decisions, roster management, and long-term organizational planning.
CAROLINA PANTHERS
Operations & Personnel Assistant
​Steven began his NFL career with the Carolina Panthers, supporting football operations, personnel evaluation, and scouting initiatives. Working closely with coaches and front-office staff, he contributed to NFL Combine operations, football administration, and strategic personnel projects, laying the foundation for a career in player evaluation, roster construction, and football operations.
Steven began his collegiate football operations career at San Diego State, supporting recruiting strategy, prospect engagement, and program operations. He coordinated recruiting visits, enhanced the program's digital recruiting presence, and worked closely with coaches and prospective student-athletes to create a first-class recruiting experience while contributing to player evaluation and football operations.
